Preise, Versandkosten, Rücksendekosten
Alle Preise sind Endpreise und enthalten die gesetzliche Umsatzsteuer. Neben den Endpreisen fallen je nach Versandart weitere Kosten an, die vor Versendung der Bestellung angezeigt werden. Besteht ein Widerrufsrecht und wird von diesem Gebraucht gemacht, trägt der Kunde die Kosten der Rücksendung.
Zahlungsbedingungen
Der Kunde hat ausschließlich folgende Möglichkeiten zur Zahlung: Vorabüberweisung, Rechnung bei Lieferung, Zahlungsdienstleister (PayPal). Weitere Zahlungsarten werden nicht angeboten und werden zurückgewiesen.

Ein Zurückbehaltungsrecht des Kunden, welches nicht auf demselben Vertragsverhältnis beruht, wird ausgeschlossen. Die Aufrechnung mit Forderungen des Kunden ist ausgeschlossen, es sei denn diese sind unbestritten oder rechtskräftig festgestellt.

Delivery Terms
The goods will be shipped promptly upon receipt of the order. The shipment will be made on average no later than 5 days after the order is received. The seller undertakes to deliver the goods within 10 days of receiving the order. The regular delivery time is 5 days unless otherwise stated in the item description. The seller ships the order either from their own warehouse, as soon as the entire order is in stock there, or the order is shipped by the manufacturer, as soon as the entire order is in stock there. Contract Design
The seller grants the customer a 2% discount for payment within 14 days from the invoice date. If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us, without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us at Louise P. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

The further performance of the contractual relationship will be in German. Only the law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. This only applies to consumers to the extent that no legal provisions of the state in which the customer has his domicile or habitual residence are restricted. The place of jurisdiction is the provider's registered office for disputes with customers who are not consumers, legal entities under public law, or special funds under public law.
Severability ClauseThe invalidity of a provision of these terms and conditions shall not affect the validity of the other provisions.
